About The Louisiana Movement

The Louisiana Movement strives for a more inclusive, empowered, and progressive Louisiana. We are cross-issue and cross-generational.

We work to bolster the awesome activities of dynamic activists and organizations by establishing a long-standing, statewide progressive network.

We develop that network by facilitating opportunities for progressives to build relationships, learn from one another, and organize for action.

This site is a community-oriented space for progressive activists, organizers, and organizations to share their experiences, events, blogs, pictures, video, etc. The webmaster moderates, but does not dictate the content.

Feel free to share information and items that fall in line with the LA Movement core values.
